Our Refund and Returns Policy:
At prints.storitellah.com, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality photo prints. However, because of the delicate nature and process of fine art prints, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
If you have received a damaged print, please get in touch with us at email@example.com within seven days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
To request an exchange, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and determine the best course of action. If an exchange is requested, we will ship out a replacement print at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders or prints that have been damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
